Pixma iP5000 to MP620??

My iP5000 needs new print heads and a new set of ink cartridges - could cost around £90?? I can get a new MP620 (with the extra features of scanning and copying) for just a little bit more (I think it is has been replaced by the MP640, so the remaining new 620s are around at a good price).
Any advice??

I print onan Epsom R285 which cost £38. Has 6 inks. Not as good as the £500 photoprinters - but more than good enough for me, my family and clients when printing 7x5 s
