    That's a lovely shot Andy. We still have over 2 feet of snow around where I live at the moment. I always struggle with the exposure with snow when it is especially bright. You have captured the tones well.

            Thanks very much. It's a blend of 3 images using tips given to me in another post. Thanks go to Colin C, for Sharing the tip of exposing for the foreground and sky separately. I'm really pleased with the result. :)

            edit: Andy, yes I did use a tripod, although it's only a very cheap and lightweight one. I think I need to invest in something more substantial, but there are so many available, that I get confused between them all. I hear that Manfrotto are good?
