    I am not aware of any tests results published. You are in the lap of the Gods, it could be one flash or a hundred thousand. Just hope it goes within the warranty period.

        In my case with my Nissin DI866ii it was around 500 flashes after 13 months, so out of warranty.
        With these very addictive water drops, I can do 500 shots in a session.

        I have already dropped a Canon Speedlight into the catch tank. Even though fully immersed and switched on, I grabbed it quick, switched it off, wiped it down and left it in the airing cupboard for a couple of days. Used it today with no problem whatsoever ........... I am not normally that lucky!

          You obviously have car-like reflexes Colin, either that or the Canon's weather sealing is to notch!
