      Hello Monobrow

I noticed that 90 people have read your post and not one reply until now.

This is a great forum and I am so pleased it started up again, but the ratio of contributers to lurkers is amazingly small ........ c'mon people, say something, even if it's only "I agree!"

Rant over, back to the point: Yes, great idea, I am up for it, but I suggest Spring onwards, to give at least a small chance of some decent weather.

A couple of years ago someone from this forum organised a trip to the British Wildlife Centre in kent. It was great and I really enjoyed it.

Re: forum - needs 'forum meets' area

I think a "forum meets" area is a great idea.
I see a number of "par excellence" contributors here are in or near my area and I would love to meet them and actually discuss how they achieve the results they get.
I think that the storey posted by Colin about the fresh faced "know it all" teenager and the old pro photographer is so true and I do not think that there are many here who would not gain some tiny morsel of knowledge from meeting some of the more experienced members of the forum.
Bring on the "forum meets" area I say... :-)

Another "yay"to add to the list. Having been on a few they are always fun and a good chance to met someone youmay never meet other wise and thus gain or maybe impart knowledge.
              Bring it on

I am very much in favour of this. Suggest after March- better weather etc. I have already gained a wealth of knowledge from contributing & asking perhaps silly questions from Forum members. So a face to face meeting will be tops!
