                          We do this a couple of times a year in our camera club.

                          We have half a dozen tables, each for a different subject and chaired by a member with some expertise in that subject. Members bring in promising work that hasn't had any final polish. It used to be unmounted prints, but mostly it is now digital and we put it on a laptop and discuss the photo, how it can be improved, mostly do the photoshop there and then and finalise the shot to the group's and author's approval. Even the most experienced of us gain with suggestions we had never considered.

                          The original concept was borrowed (stolen) from the Dorchester Camera Club.
