By the Lehigh River

Decided that I was going to make some Fairy Ginger Cookies. These are Ginger Cookies that are as thin a a playing card and packed with ginger flavor. They use both dry and fresh ginger that makes the cookie so good. Anyway, needed to go out and get dry ginger at the store so we stopped by the Lehigh River for some images for today's blog:
