    Oyster Club

    Today I took the wife to Mystic, Ct. to celebrate our 38th Wedding Anniversary at the Oyster Club.


    EOS-M w/EF-M 22mm f/2 STM
    1/40 sec @ f/3.5, ISO 1600

      A good choice Tom and congratulations, I really like Mystic and used to use it as my base when working in CT. Do they still hold the wooden boat show there?

                Paul, The Oyster Club writes the menu daily, that showcases food that travels the shortest distance from ‘farm & sea to table,’ with seasonality and location determining the day’s delicacies. Benefiting from the region’s many local farmers and fisherman, Oyster Club features bounty from the sea, pasture raised beef, local produce and artisanal cheeses, selections of which will change daily. It is a relatively new restaurant that is housed in a 1902 clapboard building.

                Ian, the Wooden Boat Show is from June 28-30, 2013

                    Many congratulations Tom, 38 years is a great achievement.

                    The Oyster Club sounds like a great place to celebrate too - what a superb idea for a restaurant.
