Has anyone any experience of using e.g. 400mm f/2.8 IS II with the mark II extenders (both)? I would be interested in knowing if it really is worth upgrading to Mark III extenders to make best use of the latest telephotos. It always seemed that the mark II units were not on the market very long - are there particular problems?
