This shot could easily have been cropped in around the Eurofighter but, just to be a little different, and to convey a bit of 'where has it come from', I've used a 1:1 aspect ratio and employed a lot of clear sky. Different, definitely, but does it work for you?

Almost... but not quite for me!
Try a 4:3 adding some sky canvas to the left to give the aircraft some room...

agree - things moving or looking out of the frame rarely work but a nice shot anywayTry a 4:3 adding some sky canvas to the left to give the aircraft some room...

The composition would in my opinion be better with more 'where is it going' than 'where does it come from'
And for moving object, 4:3 or 16:9 (horizontal) is better than vertical format or squareComment
