The slightly muted autumnal colours work really well, and these seem mirrored in the clouds, which is a great touch.

looks a little soft to my eye though Nice shot George. I know what you mean about the trees losing leaves before they've had a chance to shine this year - it is the same down south. However I was lucky enough to be up in Scotland over the weekend and the drive north up the A9 from Perth as far as Pitlochry was magical.
