Obvious for Mac users, Ctrl L would be Cmd L etc.

Ctrl U Saturation Brighten or subdue colours
Ctrl M Curves Alters contrast
Ctrl O Fit screen If previously zoomed in
Ctrl J New layer New layer from selection
