Today I had to go to Philadelphia for a seminar on helping veterans. The place that I had to go in Philadelphia was the Armory on 23rd Street. When I arrived, here between these modern buildings was this building that looked like a little castle. As I went inside I found a building that houses "First Troop Cavalry" The Cavalry was formed in 1774 and is still a active reserve unit today. They had a museum on the second floor showing the rich history from 1774 through WWI of the Cavalry. The building that they are in was built in 1900 and 3 years ago almost lost it to a fire. Today they have finished the restoration.
