    Thai Crispy Fish

    So went went to meet some friends at the Thai Basil in New Jersey and one of the entrees they served was this Crispy Fried Fish. Loved the presentation:



    EOS-M
    EF-M 18-55mm @ 19mm
    1/60 sec @ f/11, ISO 100
    EX270 flash set to ETTL fired

    It should come wrapped in newspaper with chips and mushy peas (do you get mushy peas in America ?)You can tell i eat at all the best places.

      You're a stronger man than me Tom. I couldn't eat that. I would need to ask if they had Mac n Cheese on the menu lol

        Food presentation is very good, not being a fishy person I would not eat it but my wife certainly would, what fish was it?

            And you eat a whole Red Snapper yourself?

            Ah mushy peas, and deep fried mushy peas and deep fried Mars bars (erm, not quite the same as the North American variant). We are a healthy lot in the UK ;-)
