    Thai Style Roasted Egg Plant

Last week we went to the Touch of Thai Restaurant where they served us Thai Style Roasted Egg Plant. So today, my wife decided to recreate that dish based on what she saw and tasted. So here is her results:

    Camera EOS-M
    Lens EF-M 18-55mm
    Tripod used no Flash

    2.5 sec @ f/8, ISO 100 @ 35mm

    2.5 sec @ f/8, ISO 100 @ 44mm

IMHO her version tasted much better then the original.

I forgot to add that in the East, the Egg plant is called as Aubergines and also as Brinjals. so this has got 3 names in all.

Very nice, great colours. Like the recipe too - " Set the camera to preheat at IS 100. Place ingredients in a Canon EOS M for exactly 2.5 seconds after filtering through a Canon EFM Lens at setting “8”. If preferred, serve with a tripod for additional sharpness” ; - )
