    Lenses for Hire review

I hired a couple of lenses, the Canon 24-70L ii USM and Canon 70-200L ii USM, back in February and I used Lenses for Hire. I wrote up a review of how the process worked.

Read it here on my blog:

I had a good experience with them too, I hired the 70-200 f2.8 and 100-400 during an offer.
Delivery was spot on, and everything worked well.
For me it was a great way to try them out before making a big expensive purchase.

Yep, that was another reason to use them. It's one thing reading about lenses and looking at specs online, but it's far better to get your hands on them and use them with your kit. I'd like to try the 35 & 85 combo next.

Another thumbs up vote for Lens hire. I recently hired to try out the 400mm lens at Farne Island trip, and it greatly helped with first hand experience and i was debating whether i should get 300mm or 400mm before that and this hiring helped to make my mind and chosen the 300mm. Great service spot on in delivery and communication through out.
