      if you have the options it would be handy to also try uploading images from flickr/ direct upload & hosted if you have access to space and see if all also fail

        I have found if I try to upload pictures using either IE or Google Chrome I get the newthread.php message, however I discovered last night that if I upload the message without pictures, I can then add pictures to it by using the edit post facility. I hope this helps everyone else who has been getting frustrated by this very irritating problem.
