    Waterdrop Refraction

There is a chap on Talkphotography who has got this down to a fine art and is the subject of an article in the current edition of Digital Photographer, so with the splash Art kit and two off camera flash guns, no gels required, here is an early result from today

        thanks Andrew and Alan

a large part is using the splash Art kit which makes it easier to control the water drops

That's a good effect, making me want to order that splash art kit now the building work at home is finished!

you can do this without the kit but if you want to avoid hours of frustration, the kit is the way to go

That's true, I've done water drop without the kit but it's very trial and error.

Likewise. Lots of 'stuff' cobbled together to try to make something work. Usually leads to frustration though, and mess everywhere.
