That's really useful, thanks. I knew of the manual method but automating it over a batch I can see myself using. I'm just back from a few days in the Costwolds and had hoped to photograph the hotspot villages (Broadway, Stow and Bourton) at this 'quiet' time of year. Quite, yeah, right - I didn't even take the camera out of the car! But Bourton would have been possible with this technique and enough images to work with. I wonder how it would handle ripples in the stream though.

      Cheers,
      John

That is a brilliant video - the same bloke does a great one on refining the edge of a mask with difficult ( hairy) items
            Thanks for posting

              glad it helps James

I do find Phlearns are very good and hes got loads on PS - You just to watch them a few times as the guy does race ahead, well worth sticking with him though

Another fan of Phlearn here too.

Talking of hairy items as James was, that guy is seriously hairy

That's a good feature, but is it only in the cloud version? I can't see the automatic controls in my CS6, but I may be looking in the wrong place!

It might be that its only in CC.

Its under File> Scripts then second from the bottom. If its not showing then I can assume its a CC feature .. Probably all further developments like this are going to be restricted to monthly members

Thank you. It doesn't show here so must b e a CC feature. Never mind - I'll stick with the manual method until there are too many features on CC that I really want.
