    Shout out to Giottos-tripods.co.uk

I don't know if this is in the right place but I bought a second hand Giottos MTL3271B tripod and a Giottos MH5001 head on sunday, Went for first outing with it on Monday and one of the leg lever lock mechanisms snapped so I found www.giottos-tripods.co.uk gave them a ring and they are sending me the replacement parts FREE of charge now customer service doesn't get much better than that.

The broken part is shown in the picture.

I just thought I would let everyone know that great customer service does exist out there

Thanks Andy and Bill I'm just glad they had the part in stock I was more than willing to pay for it as like I said I bought it second hand and don't have the original proof of purchase.

                Re: Shout out to Giottos-tripods.co.uk

I had a similar experience with Giotto's after I broke the Locking device on the head for my monopod (MH7002). I too was willing to pay for own hamfistedness, and was very pleasantly surprised to find the whole replacement supplied FOC.

I was sold on Giotto's when I compared prices and specs with Manfrotto when buying my tripod. Definitely the Good Guys.

My Manfrotto monopod has done this recently, should try and ring them and see it they would provide the same customer care. Thanks Paul for sharing it.
