    Glen Sligachan, Skye

Not the best day to take pictures but had some errands to run so went on down to Glen Sligachan.
It was very windy and I didn't have anything to weigh down the tripod so ISO 100 and 30th second was probably not a good choice (f11 @24mm on 24-105f4L and 6D).

Tuesday was a perfect day but I had to work

Lovely atmospheric shot. I have very happy memories of spending a summer, in the mid 80's, helping my Dad with building chalets for the then owner of the Sligachan Hotel. Around the Cuillins is a beautiful part of the world,

      Thanks for sharing,

That's very nice, plenty of atmosphere to it.

I think that has come out rather well, despite your concerns. The composition is great (lead in lines and horizon all nicely placed), and the contrast between the local sunlight and dark distant hills works really well.
