    Modern old school

    Hello, Getting back into Photography, currently snapping away on a 50D and EOS 1n with 24-105 lens. Portraits and landscapes are the hot topics at the moment.

    one tip use flickr over direct uploads otherwise they will look soft

      Welcome along Archie. It's a great place to be. A 1n, lovely. THE camera of it's day, and still no doubt a great camera. Looking forward to seeing some pics soon,

        I remember when the 1n was released and salivating over one at London Camera Exchange. I'd have sold a kidney to get one but, sadly, not even that would have raised the IIRC £1800 I'd have needed and back in the mid nineties that was a lot of money (still is!) but I could see the writing on the wall for my EOS film SLRs.

        I'm sure it's still a quality camera and with a 24-105 on the front should still produce decent images. Looking forward to seeing some.
