Nice couple of images there Alex. How did you light the pressed flowers?

Thanks Garry. My dining room table is glass, so I set up my tripod with the camera over that, facing down. The flowers were still on the white paper I used to press them and I held an LED torch underneath. There is also a bit of light from the patio doors.
There is obviously a lot of what looks like blue CA along the edges, which I removed from the green stalks but left on the flowers as it sort of added to the surreal/arty look. Or perhaps I just got lazy...

Lovely - one of my favourites. I am missing it this year! But I won't miss the pruning... I wonder if you could darken the right hand side and lighten the left. My eye is being taken to the oof area to the left... Just a thought. Or crop square...

We've had our wisteria for just over 10 years now, and I think that I have only just got the hang of pruning it properly.
Thanks for the suggestion on the image, though; I dithered back and forth for ages on that area of leaves to the far right. As a matter of interest, the leaves immediately to the right of the main subject were also that bright to start with so I initially desaturated all of the yellow to make the blossom stand out. But then the right hand side all looked a bit boring so I took that block out of the layer mask, thinking they were sufficiently separated not to interfere. I also tried adding a vignette but didn't like that either. I may go back and tinker some more.
