    Lover's leap/ Suicide rock!

    Since I have been posting some images of rocks/islands I thought I'd post this as an item of interest. This is where jilted lovers make the long dive into the ocean to end their lives!!

      Well seen and captured Nat the ship on the horizon adds a little extra. It may be my eyes but I think I can see halos around the three figures the outcrop and possibly the horizon. Your sensor is definitely in need of a clean though.

        Thanks Peter. The dust bunnies,Ian, are gone. I think the "halos" are not there in the other pics I posted- the island/rocks. Don't know what happened here but this was actually a grab shot. These were actually taken with my now departed 60D!!!!!!!!

            Thanks Tom. I posted this for interest to illustrate that Sri Lanka too has got it's "Dignitas" to end one's life!!
