2 or 3 months ago I bought a Pixma MG7550 printer to replace an ageing HP Photosmart one. I set it up according to the instructions, but for some reason I am unable to print wirelessly. The Wi-Fi is set up, I've just done a firmware upgrade no problem, and I am able to use the printer connected to my PC using a USB cable, but one of the main reasons I replaced my old printer was that I wanted the wireless facility.
I've tried everything I can think of, going through all the troubleshooting pages in the manual, and I've had my lad look at it, who's heavily into computers (he builds and repairs them for a living) and uses Canon printers wirelessly at work, and even he can't suss it. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but has anyone else had a problem like this and resolved it? I can still use the printer, but not being able to use it the way I want to is annoying.
