    Hover Flight

    Quite a challenge to shoot in flight, managed this one at Hillier Gardens with the 100 f2.8 L IS macro

                    Well you make it look easy!!.......I'm surprised you got away with that at 1/640
                    well I did have quite a few attempts, tried as they approached the flower but difficult to focus in time although I almost got away with one at 1/200. With this one I roughly focussed on the flower petal and then waited for one to hover over it and did a burst of 3 shots - luckily they were all in focus
