    Bored so out came the Studio Lights

    Not much going on today so thought I would set up my portable studio and capture some up to date pictures of my girls because they grow up far too quickly.

        nice shots Paul but the last one thats a big straight off to the printers with that - excellent work, although would crop the top

            Thanks Ian and Tom I think your right about cropping the top off making it more of a square image would look better.

                A very nice set Paul. However, personally I would have preferred a plain backdrop as the present one somewhat distracts the eye.

                        I think the background works well with kids / pets as its fun and thats what you want to put across when photographing them - least thats my take ;o)

                          Great set Paul spot on with the lighting,
                          last image would work better shooting in landscape and not portrait.

                            Thanks Paul I agree unfortunately the background was only a little bit wider that the girls so chose portrait instead so that I didn't have to e tend the background.
