    Nicole in Hi Key

Once a month a group of us get together and have a portrait session in a large room where we set up the camera club's lights and generally have fun. Last night we had Nicole Hinson down for a session where we were playing with a Hi Key set up.

All taken with a 5D3, ISO 200 (we had a Nikon user there), 1/125, f8. Lights two studio flash to blow out background, one beauty dish as main light front left and a soft box front right providing a bit of infill

stunning work Ian - I don't like the pose in the last one, for me thats the weak one of extremely good set - favorite 1 & 3

Great set and good use of lighting.
Would love to shoot in a studio but wouldn't have a clue on set ups.

Very nice set Ian, but for me, the 1st image is my favorite. Well done

Ian, all excellently taken and processed, but for me it's no 1 as the most interesting and thought-provoking pose.

Thanks all for the comments, all appreciated. I also like #1 but want to do more work on it to tone down the highlights a little that run from her nose, I think that will improve the o/a image.

Amazing...I agree No 1 is also most interesting to me of the set...No 3 is my favourite.....thanks for posting - I'm inspired to have a go at creating high-key myself now!

Nice set, definitely 3 for me for it's realism, but then again I'm a Boring old Fart!!
