    Circles

Like with Andys Paper Art, when I did this last year, I arranged the strips of paper to form a fan. As it was raining yesterday, thought I would soot again but this time forming the paper into circles. As before shot in a lined black portable studio and lit by two flash guns with red and blue gels

        Cheers guys

good idea. it is where two strips of paper are joined together. Next time it would probably be better to make each individual circle from a separate strip of paper and then join them together in the same place at the back

          Re: Circles

Overall I really like the lighting, but I've just got a couple of tiny quibbles, to add to Tigger's; The deng in the central circle and the staple that is holding it together, perhaps double sided tape would be a better solution. I also find the scissor damage in the bottom of the outer circle a little distracting.

Very well lit Stan, the shadows cast are really interesting.

Agree with the other comments re bumps and joins etc

                Thanks guys

The edges should all be smooth as they were cut with a craft knife and the lengths were all joined with double sided tape. Next time I ned to ditch the staples and make individual ever decreasing circles joining them just with the tape
