6d issue

I recently had to return my 6d to MPB photographic under warrenty as it wouldn`t let me take any photos saying the card was write protected which has been sorted but today i tried to format a card and it said change the card as it couldn`t be done ,has anyone elas had any experience of this? i`ve tried different cards and in other cameras ,no problems,Harvey

man you do have some issues with cards !! nope never had that problem - I presume you've tried formatting it via camera and PC ?

Assume you are using an SD card - they have a small tab which can be moved to write protect the card - have you checked that is not the problem

Hi guys, card is sd and tab is ok , tigger , i`ve always formatted via camera and the concern is more that the camera has a problem and later this year i`ve 2 weddings to do!!! i`ve just received the warrenty report and they`ve replaced the main circuit board and heat cinc

all I'm thinking is by trying on the PC it will tell you if the issue is the card
