Not bad and it works as an plugin for Lightroom and PSE.

I've seen this app but never looked into the features - I presume it works like the clone tool in PS but just an add on LR ?

          Hi Tom

I've never had much success with LRs clone tool but as I have Lightroom CC, I also have Photoshop CC. So far, the only thing I have used PS for is the content aware fill functionality which is great for removing unwanted "features" that somehow jumped into frame just after you release the shutter. Do you know if the Macphun app does anything differently ?

Re: Macphun App of the Month

Looks like a good result to me, Tom.

I think the LR CC clone tool is useful for a repetitive pattern or spot removal, but to remove anything more complicated I use PS CC.

Someone else I know raves about Snapheal, and Macphun do make some awesome apps... I use the Tonality for some of my B&W conversions and Intensify (rarely).

Scott, I don't use PS so I have no reference to be able to tell you the difference. I do know that the ease of the Snapheal compared to the PSE removal is much better and more accurate.

you really do have to take your hat off to the Macphun guys as they produce stunning apps

I bought it this morning and just opened a test image and without reading instructions deleted a few things in seconds and would say for speed and ease its better than PS CC - I'm sure once I spend a little more time reading the instructions and playing with settings I'll have it doing a better job but 100x faster than PS

                  Good call Tom

didn't know that - I know that the Macphun software is blowing Nik out of the water and G has never been one to hold onto a sinking ship
