    Next time Alan I would make a point to tell them at the outset that it will take xyz days to deliver them and explain why, most people seem to think that being digital means instant snaps, you need to point out that just as with wet film that needs post processing, digital also needs a similar treatment to bring out the best of the image, perhaps having a pre and post processed image on hand to show them.

      I suppose I was at fault here too in wanting to them back to them as soon as possible, rod for my own back! Good shout re examples of before and after
