    JCB record breaker

    I went on a trip with my local vintage tractor club to the JCB factory at Rocester near Uttoxeter yesterday. Not much opportunity for photographs since they are forbidden within the production line, but this was on display in the museum.

      Don't you know anything, that was connected to the pilots underpants so they could pull them off quickly after completing the run.

          I think they keep it at the finish line for decontaminating the cockpit after the run.

                    Thanks for looking and commenting John & Ian.

                    I suspect the "tongue" is the equivalent of the "Remove before flight" tags that RAF planes have on weapon pods etc. and that it is part of a safety interlock system
