    Canon 760D- Test pictures

I have noted that not many members own the Canon 760D (I may be mistaken) but I must say that I am very pleased with the results. All pictures taken with the 760D + 70-300mm L + Kenko HD 1.4. For other exposure details please see my Exif.
All pics taken in Jpeg for speed. For the Heron in flight shot I gave it the full 5fps treatment. Will post others on the main nature thread.

Thank you Peter. I only got this one as it had a better grip (compared with the 100D)on the body with my heavier lens and I am very happy with the outcome.

Thanks Jeff. I wasn't sure of the weather either but waited till about 1 pm before I set off as the threatened rain did not come. I would like to try out the camera in good, bright light.

Hi Nathaniel, I have the EOS 760 D since 2 months - as an upgrade from my EOS 600 D, which I selled on ebay. I am very happy with the same combination like yours (70-300 mm Tamron) and also with the 50mm (without IS). I like the AF-System-Options and I guess, that the battery works longer than the one in the 600D. What do you think about the HDR-Option in the video settings? And did you find a newer firmware as the 1.00 in the internet? Thank you and I wish alsways good photos :)

                              Hello Sahnebacke

I am sorry to say that Nathaniel passed away some months ago. He was a long standing "senior"member of the forum and was much loved by all of us. Obviously you were not to know this but I have to say it gave me a jolt to see his name come up and other members may feel the same

I am sure someone else will answer your question but I wonder whether you would consider starting a new post called "Canon 760D HDR option question" or similar ? Then this post can fade gently away and some fresh eyes will see your new post and hopefully help you out

                              Best wishes BO
