Well it's that crossover time of year for me, still a few motorsport events to shoot but Ice hockey is back with a bang.

Nice set Paul. I've only been to one top-level game many years ago in America but it was certainly an action-packed evening.

Position of the puck in shot 6 is great.

Do you need a permit? You appear to have been free to wander around.

Thank you, It varies from rink to rink, some you are not allowed to take pictures at all and others you can get pretty good access, if your interested in shooting hockey it's best to call the rink and ask what their policy is. These were taken at Oxford where I am one of the official photographers so do have pretty good access.

Thanks Stan, to be honest although not particarly bright these were shot at ISO12800 the light is fairly consistant.

Ha ha, he certainly made an impression, It will be interesting to see how they play with Cornish on the bench now?
