Meteor ?

Found this while walking along Swansea Bay, Any ideas as to what it is, seems to be a grey stone inside another stone

If it is meteor it could be worth a fair bit of money, nice shot too.

Looks like mudstone molded by water around the rock. It's a cool shot though and a cool find.
