Default A couple from this morning.

I apologize in advance as I don't usually do animal photos (well, apart from a few Sheep on the nearby common).

These were taken earlier today in North Yorkshire.

I was in the wooded area just looking for anything of interest. The snow was still falling, although lightly and the accumulated snow was dropping off the trees above me. I had one of those plastic rain covers on the camera to keep it dry, I couldn't get to the buttons without making some obvious movements. The Hare trotted towards me, stopped for a few seconds, then hopped away again. :) I had to apply some sharpening to the eye, I hope I didn't over do it.

Good to see these pics and also to see you back Andy. Can't believe you had so much of snow. It has been raining in my part of the world!

Thanks Nat. We only had rain here in Strensall, but I'd seen mention of snow on Twitter in a village not too far away, just higher up. As it was my day off, I thought I'd take a look for myself. :)

Great shot of the hare Andy, you did well to capture that.

Saw it had been snowing on the news. I'm impressed you were out in it. You're now going to tell me you're tougher than us southerners! Really like the shot of the hare.
