The sedate way to travel -

    - on a stand-up-paddleboard.
It was a calm day for a cliff walk between Langland and Bracelet Bays in South Wales, and a good walk as a pair of choughs were feeding on the cliffs, three seals and two cormorants were competing for fish in the sea, and this lady came by most serenely on her paddleboard.

Shot into the sun, her black wet-suit made a silhouette almost inevitable.

    7D + 100-400L.

    Cheers, Chris.
    Just chuggin' along.
