    Rowing

    I tried something different, slow shutter ~1/20th, out of 20 goes this is the only that worked

    Well caught - I guess rowing presents particular problems since you have the boat moving at one speed in one direction, the oars at another in possibly a different direction and the rowers bending forwards and backwards at a third.

    On a different note, I think the image would benefit from having the whole of the boat in view and (if possible) some clear space to the left for it to be "moving into".

      As for zeroing in on the rowers you did well in capturing them still while still getting movement on the oars.

        nice and sharp and good pan but it really needs all the boat in the frame and as John says room to move into
