    Art on the Beach

Whilst at the beach the other evening spotted a chap working with plastic pipe - he had a large roll of it and was cutting lengths and positioning them in the sand then using a spray can to form "grass". Thought it was quite effective including the overspray on the sand which he said was unintentional

A nicely documented piece of art, but as a image it is not working for me Stan

      cheers Tom

Its one of those things that I think looked better "live" rather than as a photo

I though the same really. Nice concept that is hard to bring across in an image.

              Re: Art on the Beach

It would probably work better from a lower point of view with a background such as a beach / seascape or possibly tying it into the dunes and natural grass, thus putting it into context.

                Cheers Tony

This was right near the edge of the beach with the prom behind so no room to get lower and no dunes from the other direction. What may have worked better would have been with the sunset in the background but it was in the wrong place
