Shame about clipping the mast, as I said on your other image, the shadows could do with a lift for me.

      Thanks again,

Never noticed on the back of the screen , bit of a technique involved in driving a boat and hand holding a 1D and 70-200 at the same time lol !

The shots have been edited and I settled on the levels where they are viewing on my Mac

Re: Winter sailing on the Norfolk Broads

Just done a quick edit and have lifted the shadows a little.
My preference is the original but see what you guys think.

When I get a bit more time I shall add a bit of space above the clipped mast and see how that looks as well

both work well but my only nit is that I have to scroll on my screen to see the full picture - I usually restrict the longest side to 800 px for portrait orientation

I use a 15" laptop too and have the same issue.

Still it's a nice photo (I very slightly prefer the tweaked one). I know where you are (or have been) too as I've stayed in Potter Heigham on a number of occasions.

That photo is on the River Thurne but towards South Walsham Broad which is the other direction from Potter Heigham, about an hour and a half on the boat.
We have our boat moored at Acle which is nicely located to reach most of the Broads in a few hours cruising :)
