    Tamron 150-600mm G2

I know a few people have shown some interest in this lens and I've just read a review in a magazine.

    Some interesting points:
Weighs only 2Kg so quite a bit lighter than the Sigma Sport but similar to Contemporary.
Has weather seals though not specified how extensive these are
AF is fast and able to track subjects in sports/wildlife
Sharpness is inferior to first version at 150 but improves and is superior from 400 to 600mm

Of course it would be good to have a proper side by side test with the Sigma lenses but in the conclusion it starts with, 'The G2 is nearly as impressive as the Sigma 150-600 Sport.....'
    Canon 5D3, 7D2, 60D, Canon 70-200L f2.8 IS II, Canon 300 f4L IS, Canon 16-35 f4 L, Canon 24-105mm f/4L IS USM, Canon 1.4 MkIII extender, Sigma AF 10-20mm f/3.5 EX DC HSM, Sigma 150-600 Contemporary, Tamron SP AF 70-300 F/4-5.6 Di VC USD, Canon EF-S 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6 IS

Would be good to have a good hands on review about this lens.
