frost on twigs

Not sure what this affect is called, but it is moisture coming out of twigs & freezing.

It is called Angel hair frost or bearded frost, I was reading about it, but have never seen it myself, well done, more info here

Thanks for all the comments & thanks Tony for giving it name, we see it every year by a nearby river, built this is the first year I have photographed it.
