I'm thinking of buying one of the USM primes to go on my 60D to make a smallish dSLR for street photography - in the 20mm-30mm range (on APSC to give 32mm-48mm equivalent)...does anyone have any recommendations please?

Re: Small standard lens
The 24mm f2.8 STM is worth considering, I got this in December and have only taken a couple of test shots but looks to be incredibly sharp and great value for money. Check prices though, at the time I got mine Jessops was quite a bit cheaper than WEX.

Primes may be, and should be, making a comeback. Particularly if Canon can knock out good quality lenses like this for this kind of price.EOS 7D mk II, Sigma 150-660C, Canon 17-85 EF-S, Tamron 10-24 and a wife who shares my obsession.
