    The altar

    I wanted to play with shadows on this image so has been processed this way. It could have been all processed light as I had the shots, but I preferred this more "gothic" look :)

        Some of your Goth. Stuff is a bit too dark for me but I really like this one.
        Think it's the really uplifting light in the middle and your interesting use of arches and posts in the composition, boy done good!
        Canon EOS R5, R6 plus the usual suspects ......

                        You know I normally love your gothic work, but on this one I find the foreground darkness too errrm, dark and I find it a barrier to seeing the bright inside, if you know what I mean. The deep shadow on the floor doesn't work for me, so I think shaving a bit off top and bottom gets you into the action a bit better and perversely makes the brighter textured walls more visible. But it's the look you were after, so that was achieved and you can't please all of us all of the time.
