    Default Lost Valley Night Sky,

I camped at the Lost Valley last weekend and couldn't resist a shot or two of the night sky (my first such attempt). Long exposures on a light tripod don't work too well, but fairly happy with the results!

Very very nice, Garry. All good, and all worth a night of camping, but my favourite is the first with the added glint of light on the water and the sky changing from light to dark.

Thanks Alex for commenting. The added glint is actually light trails from cars on the road further down the valley! It was definitely worth the camping. There is so much light pollution anywhere around where I live, these shots would be impossible without travelling. Really enjoyed it.

    Thanks again,

    Garry

Glen Coe during the day as an eerie atmosphere about it, but your brilliant set has shown a much better atmosphere, which you think would be the reverse. First for me as well.
