    Grey Wagtail

    Different from the usual poses I see these birds in on the waterways

    See them in the garden now and then, or on the roof of local houses but don't think I've ever seen one perched in a tree.

      Another excellent shot Steve. You seem to be finding backgrounds that compliment the birds. Do you carry them around with you?

        Thanks Brian , that background is the cliff face where I get my Peregrine shots as a pair have nested in a crevice in th erocks for the last few years.

          Very nice - shows more of the yellow plumage then you normally see.
