    Bluebell Wood Zoom Burst

Something you can of course do in photoshop but much more satisfying to shoot in camera

That works well Stan, feels like you are rushing in on the central Bluebell.

Good to see an alternative technique rather than a traditional woodland scene.....I don't know If I've just seen so many year on year but as good as they are traditional bluebell woods don't hold my attention this year....just getting grumpy I think!

            Thanks for looking guys.

I usually try the moving the camera vertical sort of shot but you need a good packed tree line and bluebells below but it wasn't working so tried this one

Same with me. Every year, I go to the same Bluebell woods and take similar shots to previous years, so it's always nice to try a few "different" shots. I even tried a horizontal pan, which was a total failure.
I assume the focal point here, is the single Bluebell rather than the tree. If that is the case, I think the tree unfortunately tends to dominate the shot and it may have been better without it???

the focal point was the tree and I didnt notice the single bluebell until you mentioned it

Wow, it actually creates a sense of movement. Neat and nice abstract.
