Spanish bluebells from the garden

I've been holding off posting these as I wondered if I needed them for my 'curves' entry, but I have now gone with some native ones taken on another day in another location so that's ok. So, as everyone else seems to have shown off their bluebell shots here some of mine. These are Spanish bluebells from my garden so I was happy to bring them indoors where I could put a black background in and play with the lighting. I guess the processing won't be to everyone's taste though.

Prefer the lighting on the first but for me, there's just too much black background. Think I would have gone with a tighter, possibly square crop, with the stem coming up from the bottom left corner.
Colour balance looks ok though.
