    Wabbits, those Pesky Wabbits, the new generation

    Caught in the undergrowth feeding, I know its a bit central and isn't in Stanorama, but beggars can't be choosers, I hope you like.

    I like that a nice natural picture. I think if you like your picture that's all that matters, if other people like it that's good

        Thanks, I thought it was a bit Watership Downish, but liked the way the nettles all point towards the subject that stands out in its own little clearing.

          Re: Wabbits, those Pesky Wabbits, the new generation

          Well spotted and nice & sharp where it matters...
          Ignore as you wish... but... 'Central' is easily fixed by cropping a tad off the LHS and bottom... and... if you could clone the top-left corner, reverse it to the top-right to lose the wood; IMO, it would be a corker...
          Cheers;

            I quite like how the nettles have framed him Tony , My only niggle is the tree in the top right , I don`t have the skills or the want to do what Lee has suggested , so like you I would of left it as it is and been happy with it .

                  Nice shot

                  No such thing as stanarama, it just makes for a better composition with the subject off centre -something I have learn from listening to wildlife photographers on specialist forums over the years
                  Also is something always mentioned by a judge in competition
                  You could always crop if you wished

                    Well, I don't care if it is central - I think it's a great capture - wonderful detail - well done.

                      Thanks all, only joking Stan I have tried a crop and covering up the tree, I will post it when I get on the PC, problem is the whole thing then just becomes a mass of greenery... you will see what I mean

                          For me that is about perfect now. You can fully concentrate on the rabbit and he is nicely framed by the greenery
