    nope I've not sold my 5D :)

I found an old 350D and gave it to 12 yr for him to take some snaps with ... I offered to install DPP onto his laptop came up with error and no install possible ...maybe because he's running windows 8

Any ideas ? I clicked the version of DPP for 350D

Perhaps one of the later versions will still open files from the 350D ? I`m surprised how quick operating systems leave stuff behind , that what they call progress ? Makes thing difficult sometimes .

Ian - I am conscious of teaching Granny to suck eggs and all that - but did you download the full version or the updater version? Full version must be installed before an updater version can be applied.

This information, together with DPP compatibility for all other EOS digital cameras, is on page 13 of the current April-June 2017 issue of EOS magazine.
